I invite you to shift from your head to your body, from overthinking to sensing. Move beyond the limits of talk-based therapy into an embodied path of healing, which teaches you how to feel supported from within and to trust your inner guidance.

Somatic healing uses the body’s felt sense, rather than the mind, to heal trauma. These shifts free you from the inner patterns that limit you, allowing you to thrive in your body and your relationships.

Along the way, you’ll discover how to:

Rediscover safety in your body and gently uncover what’s been buried beneath illness, trauma, or pain.

Strengthen your healthy adult self, so you can feel safe and connected.

Hold your inner child with care, so their pain no longer spills into daily life or overwhelms your nervous system.

Practice self-compassion and cultivate faith in your wholeness.

Create choices and boundaries that protect your peace and nourish you.

You’ll learn how to become your own most powerful healer regardless of your background in meditation or mindfulness.

This process is taught in personal healing mentorships and group programs, providing the continuity of support you need for radical healing. Mentorships are customized to each person’s needs and may include personalized meditations created from session recordings, texting support when you need it, and additional materials to deepen your learning.
