Tool to help you stand in your truth!

Given the polarization and pressure we see in society right now, it’s essential that each of us stand in what we feel is true.

When you’ve done your research and analysis, take time to tune into what your gut is telling you.

Whether you’re dealing with the impact of climate disasters or are navigating all the ways Covid continues to challenge our daily lives, can we agree that there may not be one universal way that feels right to everyone?

The uncomfortable truth is that we have a lot of unknowns in our world right now.

Now, more than ever, we are in a time where each of us has to sense and trust what feels personally aligned and live accordingly.

If we want others to respect the choices we are making, we must respect other people and their choices.

We’ve weathered enough stress in the past year and a half. Within our families and our communities, let’s not let our differences divide us.

Instead, let’s focus on how we maintain unity with people we love even when we don’t see eye to eye.

I recorded a meditation tonight about standing in your truth. It assumes some meditation experience and a basic familiarity with chakras. But even if you’re a newbie, go ahead and give it a try. Let me know how it goes.
