FAQ
What's the time commitment involved?
LTI is designed to fit into your life. The biggest commitment is to your daily meditation practice. I recommend 30 but ideally 40 minutes per day. You can build to this level if you are new to meditation. There is a direct correlation between commitment to the meditation program and progress in this course. Group calls are 75 minutes once a week. Individual work, self-reflection and buddy calls are about 2-4 hours per week.
What results have other participants experienced?
I have witnessed some amazing transformation. Please see the ‘praise’ page to read graduate testimonials. The graduates are willing to take your questions, email me to connect you with one of them.
Who is well suited to take this program?
This program is well-suited to anyone who feels stuck in a chronic condition or life obstacle or anyone who wishes to live a more heart-centered life. I've worked with people suffering from a broad range of conditions such as migraines, depression, anxiety, cancer, neurological disorders, low self-esteem, addiction, and relationship issues. Please visit the book page to see a list of characteristics that describe people who are well suited to this program.
What support is available after I graduate?
Most LTI graduates join the Advanced LTI Program, which meets monthly to explore more advanced meditations and self-healing tools. Many graduates choose to continue coming to the LTI Weekly Calls, stay active in the LTI FB Group and become mentors for new students.
Is homeopathy included in the program?
No, but I try to help people access homeopathy. I have two homeopaths that I work closely with and refer students to. Homeopathy makes it so much easier for people to make significant changes. I want to support people in having homeopathic care and will liaise with your homeopath as needed to support your growth.
